Welcome to YouLangua! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the YouLangua mobile application (“Service” or “App”), developed and provided by YouLangua Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use the App.
Use of the Service
- The App is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. However, users who subscribe to premium features may use the App for any lawful purpose.
- You must use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- You may not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service.
User Accounts and Data Storage
- The App utilizes Apple’s CloudKit to sync and store data. As such, users must have a valid iOS account to access and use certain features of the App.
- Data stored in the App is saved in the user’s iCloud account. Users are responsible for managing their iCloud storage and ensuring the security of their data.
Subscription and Payment
- Some features of the App may require a premium subscription. All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store, and we do not have access to your payment information.
Intellectual Property
- The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are the property of YouLangua Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions on Use
- Users are not permitted to redistribute, sell, or otherwise transfer access to the App to any third party. This includes sharing, copying, or distributing any part of the App or its content without the express written permission of YouLangua Inc.
Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide a reliable and high-quality service, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
- We make every effort to protect your data and ensure its security. However, we cannot guarantee against potential data loss or corruption that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouLangua Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the App.
- While we take extensive measures to protect your data, in the event of accidental data corruption or loss, YouLangua Inc. will not be held responsible.
YouTube Services
- The App uses YouTube’s to display video content. By using our App, you agree to be bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service. You can review the YouTube Terms of Service at YouTube API Terms of Services.
Changes to These Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
