Introduction: YouLangua Inc. developed the YouLangua app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by YouLangua Inc. and is intended for use as is. This Privacy Policy outlines our handling of personal data and our commitment to your privacy.

Face Data Collection and Usage:

What Information We Detect: In the app mini-game “eye wonder”, we use the system camera provided TrueDepth API to detect facial movements, such as eye blinks and head turns, to let you interact with words.
Purpose of Detection: We use this information to enhance user interaction with gesture-based controls. For example, eye blinks trigger actions, and head turns swipe mark word card remembered or not. This data is processed in real-time on your device.
Data Collection and Storage: We do not collect, store, or share any facial data. All processing occurs locally on your device, and no data is transmitted or stored externally.
User Control: You can disable the TrueDepth API through your device settings. If disabled, some features may be limited or unavailable.

YouTube API Integration: Our app uses the YouTube API to play videos. By using the YouLangua app, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube Data Privacy: Any data collected by YouTube when users interact with YouTube content is governed by YouTube’s Privacy Policy. We encourage users to review YouTube’s Privacy Policy to understand how YouTube handles their data

Subscription and Payment:

Some features of the app require a premium subscription. We do not process these payments directly, and all transactions are handled through Apple’s App Store.
